* Partnership Director, Hollywood, 60-75K
A leading new media marketing agency specializing in the
fields of entertainment, technology and advertising is looking for a
Partnership Director to report to the VP of Partnership Marketing. This
person will develop, negotiate, and maintain partnerships with websites that
feature the company's publicity content, downloads and streams, contests and
other promotions. This position will work closely with the Promotions
Director/Managers and the rest of the promotions department to identify,
approach and secure partners appropriate to the execution of specific
campaigns as well as to the strategic objectives of the company.

Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant Opportunities

* Executive Assistant - PR - Hollywood Hills, 35-40K
Extraordinary opportunity to work in a Hollywood
entertainment/ fashion & interior design public relations firm. Assist the
husband and wife co-presidents with all agency and personal matters. Ideal
candidate will be someone with commitment, dedication and focus that within
a year wants to be promoted to Junior Publicist. Full-time Monday-Friday

A private investment firm located in Century City is looking
for a superior assistant who would be reporting to the first
assistants in 2
offices - including the Chairman and the President but MUST have had
previous experience at the highest level and be able to handle first

assistant tasks when needed. Candidates should have experience with
Microsoft office, be extremely good at Internet research, be
available at
all times by blackberry, have excellent writing skills -both
spelling and
grammar. Additionally, this person will be interfacing with both the
staff
at the home as well as the wife's staff, and will be assisting with
handling
private planes and crews.

* Personal Assistant, up to 70K
A list actor seeks smart and dedicated personal assistant
with previous experience.
Must be willing to be extraordinarily flexible - with access
24/7. This person will be the conduit to all outside folks interfacing with
this actor and must be able to handle him or herself in a polished, friendly
and can-do attitude. Must have the composure of maturity to interface with
agents, managers etc., as well as be extremely detail oriented and
resourceful.

* Personal Assistant - Beverly Hills, up to 45K
An executive in the music and entertainment business seeks a
smart and savvy personal assistant. Hours: 8:30a - 5:30p Mon - Fri.
Ideal candidate will be good with dogs, can manage personal
errands, interface with vendors: plumbers / gardeners / etc coming to the
home. Will also coordinate nanny and housekeeper' s schedule and will assist
with getting breakfast and lunch prepared. Someone who is computer savvy
much preferred. There is a baby at the house - so kid friendly as well.
Benefits will also be included.

* Admin/Personal Assistant - 35K, BH
A manager/producer in the entertainment business seeks a
well-organized personal/admin assistant. This person will be splitting
their time between an office in Beverly Hills as well as a home office also
in BH. The hours will be from 9am - 7pm, with little over time but if there
is - it will be paid. This person will mainly be responsible for catering to
the principle both on the business and personal sides with duties including
- phones, getting lunch, running errands as well as working on particular
project - that will start in the next year involving celebrities and a major
brand. At this time however, we are looking for someone who can make a
long-term commitment and is NOT looking to move up within the organization.
The need for this position is to help the principle with all of his needs.
Previous experience as an assistant either in an office or in a home is
required, as well as someone who knows LA, is resourceful and extremely
organized.
Benefits are included - as well as reimbursement for gas/mileage.

* Executive/Personal Assistant, Director - West LA, 50-60K
Hours will be 9am - 7pm, working from office as well as
working from a home on occasion.
Must have experience handling hectic schedule,
correspondence, travel arrangements, and a comfort level interfacing with
the variety of people.
Personal agenda will include handling 2 homes, errands,
travel scheduling, as well perhaps being on set from time to time. There
may also be travel as well. Entertainment experience and knowledge of the
players is a plus.
Must be detailed, organized, thorough and resourceful. There
will be times where there is heavy lifting involved - and a knowledge of
technical areas such as working with video games and automobiles is a plus
as well.

* Executive/Personal Assistant, Westwood - 75-90K
A non-entertainment company is looking for an in house
personal assistant for the chairman of the company. This person will
responsible for interfacing with the executive assistant, will participate
on 30% or so of corporate business with the other 70% focused on all
personal matters as related to his family. General hours are 9:30am -6:30pm
but must also be willing to be on call when needed (and this is not too
often). Must be very professional and ok with working in a corporate
environment as well as spending all time at a desk as opposed to running
around. Must have experience and working knowledge if private air - travel
and working with NetJets.

* Executive Assistant, Laguna Beach - 55K - 65K
A newly created dot COM enterprise based in Laguna Beach
(with offices on the ocean)
seeks a bright, organized and super detailed executive
assistant to work alongside the Founder and CEO. Ideal background will be
someone who has worked at a high tech company or an entertainment company -
with a savvy ness and exposure to young, hip, Hollywood. This person should
also have experience working at the C Level (President, CEO etc). This
person will act as a right hand as this company grows and must be able to
multi task between agendas quickly.
General hours will be Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm - with
flexibility for over time as needed. Medical benefits are included. MAC
friendly is preferred.

* Executive Assistant, 55k plus bonus Beverly Hills
A proprietary securities trading company, a member firm of
the New York Stock Exchange is looking for a really bright, energetic
hardworking assistant to join this fast growing company. This position will
be reporting to 2 or more executives. The hours are 7am - 5pm. There are
perks such as Breakfast and lunch are brought in everyday, there is a gym,
yoga room and teacher, a karate instructor a masseuse and they do your
laundry once a week. This is for someone who has good admin skills, knows
how to multi-task and is thorough.
