When I felt like I was falling,
and would never stop,
a cord was tied to me,
that would never "pop"

Thank You, Lord for Your love

When I couldn't see
or feel my way
who helped me find
a brighter day?

It was You, Jesus

Through every trial,
tribulation and test
through every experience,
through all of my mess

You've proven to be faithful
time and time again
To help and elevate me
To new levels to begin

You tell me the truth
and challenge me, too
To fulfil my purpose
And to trust in You

For You call to me greatly
with unselfish love
preparing me to receive
Your blessings from above


So,

When life gets tough
and rough sometimes
who's ready to step in
right on time?

You are, God
Your love is my lifeline
