Arm wrestling, Wrestling, etc.....

.......I used to love to wrestle, and I still do. More like grappling or exchanging holds. But I have heard even arm wrestling described as "violent."  
......Mind you, I am not talking at all  about "Leap off the top turnbuckle!"  professional wrestling.
.......As long as you don't lose yourself in being competitive, and are aware of your surroundings, I don't see any problem with either.

I don't see what the problem would be.    Like everything else, if it's seen in it's proper perspective you should still be able to enjoy it.  People will always find fault with one thing or another.  I say enjoy it.
